Arrogance of Mr. Dhiren Shah (MD 1) Cheap behaviour of Mr. Miral Tolia (MD 2) No systems, no policies defined. MD 1 rules like dictator. Views of employees are never taken in considerations. Always keep asking same details in different formats. Never appreciates any thing.
