In instances of performance issues or client concerns, we provide ample opportunity for improvement, offer skill development resources, and consider separation only as a final, carefully deliberated measure. Addressing your concerns about unclear HR policies and sudden changes, particularly the 3-month notice period, we recognize the need for enhanced communication. We adhere to fair labor practices and provide appropriate notice to employees. While we disseminate information through internal channels and email, we are dedicated to making our policies more accessible and transparent. We maintain a consistent record of timely salary payments. Any delay in a final settlement would have stemmed from a temporary system change, which was promptly resolved. We have not delayed final settlements in any other instance. Regarding your experience with management, we kindly request that you provide specific examples.
