Work life balance good. Period.

Dislikes

No HR. No employee know whom to contact for any payroll/pf etc related issues. This was very frustrating. Employee bonding was total zero. It was like we just coming to office, working, literally not talking with any other department people because bonding was never made, and going home. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
