The good thing about the organisation is you got ample opportunity to learn new things and the professional way of recruitment . The team is good and seniors are help full in achieving your targets. I am currently working here, its a nice place to work, culture is friendly and people are helpful, all the time. good company for those who wants to work on challenging environment. great salary structure and incentive plans also.. i am working form last 3 years nd seriously good place to work .. my CEO and my reporting managers are very Friendly , we all faced covid problem nd mostly company's ne apne employees fire kiye but seriously yha we all got good support in Covid also. shame on that people who played such a stupid game jha hume company ko support krna tha uss tym pr they left the organisation they played with Trust and ghr beth k negativity felana nd all, and fir they want to be part of Qualihires again i am thankful that all negativity left the company , and we have grown like anything covid times were the times where we got to know the strengths and supporters , rest all are history .. Working at Qualihires gave me a completely different understanding of work culture, job security and friendly professional environment. The work culture at Qualihires is something I have never managed to feel in my entire 8 years of professional career. The management is exceedingly motivating and lenient for all its employees in every manner, be it training, numbers or timings. It is particularly very humiliating to read negative about Qualihires as and when it has been the best ever support system to its employees in every situation. The best thing about working at Qualihires is Qualihires itself. Qualihires is wholesome package of learning, development, appreciation and growth. Even after a break of more than 3 months, I was happily retained by the company with open hands. A wonderful example of job security.
