There is no job security because the job base on contract and they only give preference there relatives and favorite. they stop your contract without any notice and hardly give you chance to work again in the company And HR also are not good they only give chance to those whom which th eir higher authority says. Frankly I am not working now in this company and its very terrible experience with this firm no job security was given by the firm i am in contractual period of six month even they take allowances money bach from employees they are not giving any weekly off to employees and even no fix time of our work is given and all the superiors of these company those who sit in delhi head office gving order to the ground staff like me to work with transparency but they are all corrupt even no extra incentives given to the employee who are working 24 hours daily . There is no growth of ground staff even they don’t care about the ground staff they alway find mistake of ground staff and give threat to the employees that they will fired you from the company and they also not provide any vehicle for the employees and they are you have to do you job without any excuses they are all horrible

Work Details

My work is to give instructions to my workers and to maintain the record for our daily process tracker which is given to the head office and i have to go for collection as a QCI representative for rake and road sale and i have to work day and night
