It have any drawback They are not give the salary on candidates experience or Qualification they given all candidates 12K CTC if it is 10th pass or Btech passed or any experience . I speak freely if any body join private sector then they are not join QACA you do a security guard job but not join QACA

Dislikes

Poor management, work timings and shifts are unpredictable, salery is low compared to what work is being done, epf not deposited by company and and you can be transfered to any project anytime without your wish and proper notice, even in other city far away from current location.
