I've been working for about 6 months now. Firstly, the onboarding process went very smoothly. Have been loving the work & collaboration with other team members & my manager. The learning & growth opportunity is quite good as they have different software products now in RPA & AI tech. The team is also really helpful.

Dislikes

I've heard from colleagues that social & fun activities were very frequent before pandemic. Hoping the office starts at least in hybrid mode so we get to meet in person & engage in activities.

Work Details

I'm currently working in the RPA product team. Most of my work involves working on new features & enhancing current activities in the tool.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
