Work life balance is very bad. Very high toxic environment created with high micro managent. Not good gor fresher's as the people here don't help each other in work as the feel like the other person is competitor to each other

Office politics is there in some teams, promos will be dragged until you breakdown completely, work done by does not matter what matters the most is the managers perception about you, if you are introvert and unable to project the work you have done you are doomed , others will take the credit of your work and promo 😉

Recently, Layoffs are a yearly problem. Multiple teams are targeted and no valid justification for the same, despite company making good revenues/profits. Fixed timelines for promotions.

1. No work life balance 2. Mandatory work to office 4 days a week 3. Narrow in technical domain, not much scope for wider growth 4. Upper management sounds non-technical 5. Pay is average and not as per experience 6. Groupism and favoritism across team 7. No clear direction for promo 8. No appreciation
