Third class category of branch third class management in branch Gundagiri chalate hai senior

Dislikes

Talk very abusive words and insult emoployee without any mistake. They save their job and find out mistakes on only junior employee . Worst experience ever. And even didnt help in difficulty to fresher.

Initially they shows u opportunity with so many promises. then they ask u for resignation saying that u r overqualified

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
