Company follows the Google's 20% rule and that's the best part of it. In the fast pace environment if company supports you to spend 20% of the time on improving your skillsets, that's impressive. Company support all employees in their entrepreneurial initiatives and appreciate the ownership mindset. All are free to share their reviews and there is always somebody to listen up.

I have been part of the UI/UX team of QPe India. Everybody at QPe India is working for the same goal" To provide value what you do".Whenever I did mistakes, Management elucidate the power of learning from them. Work Culture, Environment & Company Policies are very good.
