Honestly there aren't a lot of things, but yes since it's a startup not an MNC, expectations and dependability on very team members is high, and if things are a little more organised, it would be better. But I know they are working towards it!

It's Team. All of the individuals who work here are super talented and corporative. I also love the values that Qoulomb stands for and creating an impactful culture. My overall experience here is superb. I am glad I found this company; they've exceeded all my expectations.
