When bhavnoor sir directly interacts with employee his suggestion and guidance are very helpful and appreciated however when he is not directly involved the management seems to lack balance leading to a less effective working environment.
Dislikes
I had a disappointing experience working with this company over the past 8.5 years. There is a lack of proper rules and regulations and employees hard work and effort are not valued.
