My company culture is good management also but one problem is there no job security we are doing the jobs Sunday also only three days leaves for month. We have no any extra benefit.

No decision making for any works Approval. No proper selection of interviewed candidate. Orders for requirement will be received in short time and after everything is done,no response of descision. In case if we dare to ask or tells what is what, resulted no progress, keep this a side and work on some other.

Dislikes

Everything is pending, if it's want to be rectified, no approvals. And the systems(PC) were 15 years old and junk, will effect the work culture. Will order from management, saying need to replace them, immediately, but no approval. Most of the staff were very cunning, and more advanced to poke in everyone's work except doing their work....Read More
