They gave me offer on email in a writing content joined after 15 days waiting for getting my offer letter I didn't got my offer letter they said to give cheque of 1 salary for security reasons in case I broke their laptop, being in a sales team I need a laptop so I can work while traveling but they gave me desktop with ultra slow internet and took cheque what's the point? HR said each employee had given a cheque you should too... Office was situated in a old building in a basement. Very poor infrastructure. I informed my manager I am not comfortable working within 4 days and I resigned, The HR kept me waiting in the office and didn't come to meet later she called and started shouted why did you join if you didn't want to work I asked her to give back my cheque she said will sent by courier, it's been more than 1 month I have blocked that cheque through bank. Company policy is in hand of management and it changes frequently. Hr's and managers are dummy. If u are late in reaching office for 15 mins for 3 days,your salary will be deducted .

Senoir project manager and Reporting managers are behaiving like God not behaive like boss, No leadership ability and attention to detail on issues by senior bosses very narrow minded thinking. Every week job responsibilities will changed without prior information and started harresing juniors. HR team is completely dead if any information will shared with HR team, will start your tourcher class by management, every week senior bosses threatning about management will hold your salary. They are argumanting and not allow you to take your own leave, even if you sent mail for leave they will not approve untill you beg them every time. Only polytics, growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Local conveyance will surely be deducted without genuine reason....Read More

Working experience is wonderful, flexibility to work ....The best part is all the higher managements are very sober and careful about junior employees. Even they are directly accesible if anybody has any grievance or issue. No collegue politics. ...Overall a grt organisation.

Really enjoying working here .work culture is very good .Got all opportunities to grow myself in terms of experience & knowledge. Management is very supportive n always fair in decision n take care of all employees as a family member.

job security is zero and you have to achive more than 60% target to get 100% salary.. i will suggest plz dont join this company..our 1 lakh incentive not given by company..and main thing company's MD Mr. SC very very begger and never release your payment..third class category people.. dont belive on HR also and never belive on Project Manager also..all are doing fraud with emplyees.
