The managers not at all skilled to manage any employee, he sets up people against eachother unknowingly though Salary was fine, but appraisal has no meaning as such Training isn't giving by any professional as such Career growth is stagnant until n unless you devote yourself to the company and remove your heart out whenever asked The HR is PATHETIC and INCAPABLE of doing just anything Work environment is very tight and unprofessional...Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
