I didn't like the staff transfers they are doing without a notice ,they just say very next day you have to go another showroom which is something unacceptable because it is difficult for staff to manage. And they didn't support during the time of covid because they terminate the staff that time including me. So I was very diiffcult time of my life because of pure gold jewellers.

There was nothing to like.
Dislikes
No transparency between the employer n employee. No C&B. KPI for employees are not set in place for staff. Employees felt cheated when terminated due to non transparency. No proper amenities like a bathroom for female staff (especially if you work at the Meena Bazaar store). The whole experience at Pure Gold was a horrible one for me and i wouldnt recommend anyone to apply here.

CEO used to login to employees system remotely to check what they were doing (almost spying) Was not allowed to go out for lunch Sometimes toilet breaks were also questioned
