Company give us job security, I think this is the most positive point of the company. and company also provides regular trainings to improve skills. The company also provides a platform to learn new things which helps us by personal career growth.

Dislikes

Growth is slow and increment is also not good, and pressure is also high and sometimes the environment becomes unbearable.

Generally speaking , I like my work assigned to me , but in pharma filed we should have good knowledge of whole pharma system that we don't get here. Overall working at pure and cure is challenging and I think challenge's makes us perfect
