Too much attitude from so called president of design..Hardly knows about Bangalore Real estate still heads the design team..that's the sad reality of this company. Even though it's a builders firm, architects will end up doing drafting.. this is due to no payment for the external architecture consultant. Senior VP/ Residential head - is very poor in taking decisions.. one of the waste person ever seen in Bangalore real estate . Land development team- design head is can't take any decision hear as well and will be totally depending on seniors for smallest decisions. Really poor atmosphere bcs of these heads.. People hardly stay for 5-6 months Getting probation completion clearance is tougher than B.Arch or M.Arch.....Read More
