Duty timing only 8 hours complete hoti hi aapki present hoti hai . Agar aap 11am pe aate ho 7 PM out kerta ho attendance completed ho jati hai, food free of cost hai . Staff ke kapde wash karke dete hai

1.Severe Verbal Abuse and Bullying: The Senior Project Manager, Mr. Ashwin Bajaniya, routinely engages in verbal abuse and bullying. He treats employees worse than laborers, creating a hostile and demoralizing work environment. 2.Unrealistic Workload and Unfair Treatment: Expect to be overworked and underappreciated. Even with longhours and dedication, you will be accused of not working and subjected to constant criticism and abuse. 3.Withholding of Salary: When you decide to leave to protect your self-respect, the company may withhold your hard-earned salary, adding financial injury to the emotional distress. 4.Excessive Notice Period: The company has an unreasonably long notice period, even during the probation period (45 days) and an even longer one after (90 days). This makes it difficult to leave, even in the face of abuse. My experience at PSP Projects Ltd. was deeply damaging. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to reconsider. Good and supportive higher management, Good HR policies(smooth joining & Leave policy), skilled and visionary management at HO, Great Bunch of vendors for overall completion of projects, Good in maintaining quality work at site. Good salary & 100% job security until u don't do something very much terrible.

Poor implementation of HR policies at site level(out of Gujarat projects), Big communication gap between HO and site management leading delays and losses.
