I liked the work culture and the platform provided by the organisation for the employes to learn and improve. There never existed a inferior-superior issue or ego. Afterall it was all about teamwork and work loads were equally shared.

I believe there could be a Little more efficient hr department were all the probelms/difficulties faced by the employees are taken into concern of the authorities.
