If I would have been from Bihar, then I should have mentioned good things about the company.

Dislikes

1. The owner is from Bihar and he's more inclined to people from his hometown. 2. Favouritism is very much there, you will be treated very badly if you don't like to flatter the boss. 3. HR management policy is very bad, they will keep an eye on your actions and everything you do. You will feel as if you are working in a school. 4. HR behave like they are wives to their boss and take very privilege just by being with him, one was them was Simran Imlani 5. The filtered leads are given to their favorites, I mean the people from Bihar and the people who love to be the yes man to their bosses. ^.Last, but not least, they can be thrown at you anytime, be you a performer or nonperformer....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
