RAJIV SIKKA - The worst guy you will ever meet ( OWNER of this company ), He do not deserve the word CEO He will shout at you like an illiterate on a typo mistake also. He will treat you like slave. NO OVERTIME PAYMENT, TIGHT DEADLINES AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING IF YOU TAKE A LEAVE OR BREAK FOR 1 DAY HE WILL MENTION IT MULTIPLE TIME HE WILL BRING PERSONAL STUFF TO MAKE YOU WEAKER WHILE MAKING ARGUMENTS. Worst behaviour of boss. if you have no self respect and want to destroy your carreer join this company, they never value their employess. even phone is nt allowed, late sittings ...if you leave on time then boss will shout at you. Not flexible timings, salary always delays, if you are sick you can;t take leave..Join at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The boss will treat you like a slave you are not even allowed to take leaves be it be anything if you want to resign you have to ask the boss first & than resign as he will not accept your resignation & this is mentioned in his company policies do not go with the reviews as it’s a trap all the bad reviews are removed by the DM team

I cannot have expected a better company than the prologic technologies mohali to initiate my career. The working environment is cordial, genuine and ever ready to offer a helping hand. The management believes in the approach of imbibing new ideas and encourages the employees to follow suit. The approach not only encourages the employees to think out of box and bring out innovative solutions thus adding strength to the ultimate goal of the organization. Also, Celebrations of team days add to the much-needed recreation time, thus increase the overall productivity.
