I have learnt a lot at my previous company. It's a stable company good cilent .working on most challenging problem very good satf and environment work .work life is balanced.

Work Details

I have been working nearly close to 2.6 years experience as PLSQL developer.i am working in banking domain I do my day to day activity complete look into agili methodology I have learnt a lot at my company .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
