Worse work - life balance. Poor work culture. Poor salary growth.

The situation is worse for fresh graduates. I suggest that fresh graduates shouldn't even think of trying the production and qce department.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
