Seriously there is a lot of politics which I have ever seen and the management don't address our issues. Salary is doesn't hike and bonus too ....some people involved in our personal matters this was very bad thing wt i observed here

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning now all r good in training session also I was learnt so many new things here. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No senior Sales person is there to handle all india Market . Dominated by commercial team always without having knowledge of market work and pricings . No communication in between concern departments in HO . It's very hard to say like this that I found 18 years earlier format in pricing in 2022 once and damage policy changed 3 times once in a year . Customers are fedoff about this .
