when you performed well than company returns you of its worth. and this is very important for an employer that you have to track that kind of employees for the appreciation & better opportunity. and it was the best thing of Prism Cement. the found you & give you growth as per level. And one another thing they really attached with you an emotional touch as I fill during my tenure.

Dislikes

there was fewer employees engagement on the company level. And some employees policy should improve.

Work Details

generally, my work was challenging as I was new in that area for VAP Products. As a techno-marketing employee, I have to visit around 70-80 km travel on a daily basis and there were no car allowances up to Senior Engineer.

The Covid 19 disrupt the lives of every employee in prism johnson ltd. The adaption of new work culture has been handed to us which taught us the perfect work-life balance. In this covid 19 Crisis, Every company either cutting a huge cut from salary or Letting them go. Thankfully, I can proudly say that "My company appreciate the employees worth".

There's nothing to dislike but a lot to improve such as Proactiveness in decision making skills
