Before it was fine but now PFT is worst place to work due to its bad higher management and growing partiality and nepotism in company spacially in Support. I suggest not to work in PFT as it is not having any work life balance, no appraisal, no respect, no promotion.

It feels like the company is still stuck in the past. The traditional "Sir-Madam" culture makes it a bit awkward for someone from Generation Z like me. The long working hours are expected because it's a service industry, but the way people talk one way to your face and act differently behind your back is just weird.

Forget about your life , hike, growth instead work as a labour without any expectations (this is what company expects from you). Worst worst worst ...I recommend don't join if you don't want to see yourself in mental health department with in few months 😊

The upper management won't let you grow. Increments are just the size of peanuts. micromanagement. Promotions and credits would only go to the VPs and BU heads just like rich getting richer, poor getting poorer
