Working environment is flexible. No slang or rough language from management . They create pressure to employees politely and tactically.

Dislikes

Salary structure is poor . No proper increment or insensitive systems in sales. Limited manpower and infrastructure.

The healthcare industry can demand a lot out of you at times (since you’re indirectly helping out the patients) and it may get difficult to manage your work life balance.

It’s interesting! I get to learn something new everyday. One just needs to have initiative in their work and some passion towards healthcare industry.
