Not suitable to work at senior position

This company works almost like government organization. Salary will be on time. No pressure at work place .No respect from employees. First most appointment letter will not be given while joining. It's completely marvadi company runs by Siddharth a non technical guy. Work on his own method not like other real estate firm works . There is no SOP. HR is there only for name sake. Work Details

I was reporting to MD. But he was directly coordinate with PM and contactor without even keep in loop. I was always get information from contractor rather than from MD. Junior employees enjoy there life at home rather than work sopt.
