You have enough opportunity to learn New things. However the compensation is poor and not up to the mark. Good training and learning opportunities are available. Innovation in the work is satisfactory. We have to keep struggle for work life balance and job security is poor. Salary and appraisal is based on the performance and profitto the company. Nothing is catered to employees like travel, work from home, soft skills, gymnasium, honorarium, job training etc which is helpful for the personal growth and uplifting of the company experience.

Working at PreventiNe has been good in the initial period, but got monotonous due to no opportunity to see innovation later. No new plans and ideas available for the Consultants to explore. No opinion being counted for the betterment of the company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Mangers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.I do receive application emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.
