Likes

Teammates are supportive. Reporting head also good and give proper training. because of timing i can manage other work as well.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Work Details

As practitioner i suppose to give machinery treatment to clients. Where i need to build up good repo with clients and give them best services.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
