1. We would like to clarify that the concerned employee (Mr. NS) was employed with us for a brief period, during which his performance and consistency was not found to be adequate. With too many leaves, after multiple warnings, the management had no option but to let him go. He had not even completed his probation period satisfactorily and subsequently, no notice was required. 2. We have checked our records and there has been no delay in salaries and expenses of the employee. In 2017, we processed salaries between 1st and 7th of the month - and we never missed our deadline. Today, we process payroll by the 1st of the month. 3. It is also disturbing to note that the concerned employee has an issue with meeting with his own manager at the office.

Anyway, we acknowledge your concerns and here are our comments in response for you as well as for prospective candidates: 1. The Leave Policy is crystal clear along with details of compensatory working Sundays to make it up for holidays or off-days that are not a part of the statutory holidays. 2. It is a subjective matter and we'll try to improve our communication. 3. The evaluation is diligently done every month by the entire management. Your assumption is incorrect. 4. It is a subjective matter and we cannot comment on the same. 5. It's a common practice that we agree with in principle. As you mentioned, if necessary, a LWP can be taken without any pressure. 6. This is a very unfair complaint. If the entire city faces a water problem, there is not much we can do, even though we have taken efforts to solve the issues. 7. Yes, we agree with your review. We expect the team to come on time and leave on time. 8. Yes, we have one weekly off, i.e. Sunday. 9. All employees are either covered under ESIC or private health insurance. Your assumption is incorrect. 10. PF deductions are done wherever applicable as per the prevailing laws.

1. We have PF/ESIC and health insurance benefits for all our employees. The comments here are completely false. 2. During the first lockdown, all companies faced a severe crunch and there was uncertainty all around us. Nobody knew what would happen. For a short period of 3 months, all of us managed with a 50% settlement. It was a step that we wish we didn't have to take but we took a decision that we believed was right given the circumstances. 3. The expense policy of the company is crystal-clear and has been conveyed to all employees beforehand. The company has complete rights to deny any claims that violate the policies. That doesn't mean we are not considerate at all. We are always considerate about genuine expense cases. We wished you had conveyed your grievances internally. We would have been happy to clear any misunderstanding or get any corrections done immediately. Today, our expense settlement is automated through a special software - so that policies are held up with minimal human intervention.
