Job is challenging.. which leads more gain of knowledge

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. .. even we have to work on Sunday. Huge politics are played in means of appraisal or promotion. Job security is less.

Likes

People in the organisation are not competent to provide heathy work environment.

Dislikes

Think twice before joining with this organisation. There will not be any work life balance. Very bad work environment. Totally not satisfied hence left the organisation

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
