Here, as an area manager my work is a bit challenging and full of responsibilities. I have to plan for my work in advance and according to which my jr. teammates are directed. I too have to work hard and put my heart & soul to make the plans turn actual.

This is a company in which the tractor division is run by Gurpreet Singh son of Mr Hari Singh(Nice person), Gurpreet believes in making money thru employers pending TA/DA-and settlement salary. He never pays back the dues of employees. One should never join this company (tractor division) and ruin career. For marketing team, there is no support---also Preet has swallowed lot of money of dealers.
