I was working with Prathigna.com, 8 Months back i left, They will not pay salary, only half pay you will get, My salary was 20k, 1st month i got full salary from 2nd month 10k, don't join this company its full scam.

Management was not good no proper coordination and no proper process to follow. It's been 2 years now but my full and final settlement is still pending. When I was in need of my salary they have not paid.

I would never ever like to work in this co. Nor would I suggest anyone to join this co. It's really a very bad place to work They hire people but don't provide salary nor there is proper interaction with the team leader and manager. They don't have basic etiquettes to run the co. I many things to say.. but please i would suggest one thing never ever join this company

Team leader, Manager who don't kow how to integrate with other members, who only see they benifits don't provide salary on time ( my salary was kept on hold for 2 months and I was terminated from the company ) no proper clients no work they have only spoils once career

Worked for one month due to health issues doctor told me to take a rest. So conveyed the same to the reporting manager and HR with the required reports and resigned from my job. However, they refused to pay salary, and no proper response from management post multiple follow-ups through call and mail.
