You will come to know value for money , need to beg for salaries . And if you resign no one will bother for your payment. You just forget it.....worst worst worst don't join Things to like no salary on time. If you have good relationship with senior then you will get salary ontime and incentive also . No career growth , no increment. No hr dept.

Clerical dept do work of HR dept 😀 Employees must beg every month for the salary then only it will get released. Though whatever situation employees may go. If you hvae relations with management you will get salary and incentive also better not to waste your life by joining this company. Worst HR and management also
