Dislike" is not a right word. I would rather suggest some improvement points: 1. Need robust planning team in glass and decoration unit. 2. Empowerment of people. 3. Team Bonding/Team-work to be strengthened. 4. Creation of Second Responsible Person in most of the departments. 5. Values to be defined and lived in work and life, both. 6. Very bad working environment. Staffs are always working under stressful situation. Artificial stress situation always created by management. Who are close to MD always in a win win position. Who just do their work sincerely are not appreciated or rewarded by company. They can be sacked after long years due to silly reason. No job security.
