Working at PCDF ltd was a good experience.It was not just like a government organisation but culture resembles to private organisation when the point of work responsibility & result are considered. It provdes very impressive and a good learning atmosphere for new comers.

It was.only.& only the financial crisis.

It was very exciting & enthusiastic to work with the PCDF as each&every aspect of the dairying job was exposed to the employee & once the person working in it got the knowledge he will get success in any organisation.

NDDB Anand is appreciable training center. Job security career growth& salary etc.is in very poor condition.
