1. Overall company is very good for career growth. 2. Work culture is good, no high pressure on work side. No work on weekend. Very flexible to work. 3. Team and management also good. They actually care about employees on high priority. 4. No Politics as politicians left the company :). Always try to keep information transparent. 5. Opportunity to learn new technologies. 6. Provide subscription from leading online training portals. 7. Job Security as Organization is associated with Well known US mortgage company. 8. Good pay scale for right candidate.
