Once this is handle properly, considerable flexibility is provided in terms of timing, managing work your way and so on. Supervisors are also considerate. Nice

Car parking facility being limited, most of the times you don't get space to park

The best part of working here is that the company pays the annual variable pay which is performance based in full. I have received it back-to-back for two years. I am thankful to the management for it.

There is nothing such to mention here, only feel to share that the infrastructure seems a bit outdated that needs to be upgraded.

Work culture of the company is good. Its dynamic and highly productive. Speaking from my personal experience, there is no unnecessary work pressure placed on the employees working here. Such an atmosphere allows everyone to work freely and deliver their best.

Cross training conducted allows up skilling of the employees. That too across various verticals. It helps to become multifaceted and have a multi-faceted skill-set. More one has, the better.

Work pace increases on certain occasions. Matching to it becomes difficult.

I live in Kolkata and commuting to office is easy as it is located in a prime area like “Sector V, Salt Lake”. Female employees like me feel safe even if we leave the office late. So, it is no worry for me even if they are not providing transport facility

Employee get health insurance, accidental insurance also. We get total of 20 day leave. Other thing like training also provided. Employee engagement activity also take place. Good one
