Taking Original Certificates while joining, not given back at the time resignation. My advocate sent notice to them after that they gave me my Certificates. School ate my and my husband's half salary during pandemic year 2019-2020. I was appointed for Pre-primary teacher (salary Rs. 14,000/-) but I was worked on Web and graphic Projects, they have not increase my salary, they have cut my salary during pandemic year (salary Rs. 6000/-) and worked for 9 hours a day in school, when covid-19 was active everywhere in Maharashtra. The Principal and her way of working. The way she works is really something you can learn from her and admire. The timing are also good. If one is capable then he can definitely survive. Working in Poddar is really a pleasure.
