Freshers should keenly seek to join Podar Jumbo Kids as they tend to learn a lot more than what they have learnt during their own education.Podar Jumbo Kids is a large group and essentially there's a lot of scope to grow within the setup. However, if you are working with a franchise then it is a bit stagnant in terms of career growth. There is no upper level after the role of a head mistress that you can get to. No security about anything, disrespectful behaviour of Mentors and HRs, Mumbai head office team doesn't have clarity over anything and always mislead the team and if you point out the problem they will give you job threats and can make your work life miserable.
