Nothing.The principal is a puppet of admin department. I wish things will change of new principal comes and if she is a female . The admin himself believe to be the Principal of the school and everyone in admin including principal is a money eater. The company gives all the the things and on Christmas they got good amount of money but children were given only 5 rs chocolate.All the money is eaten and distributed among accountant,transport,admin and principal and sports teacher I guess very worst practice. I don't know how people are working here....Read More

Their appraisal is very weak. Appraisals depends upon principal. Principal give appraisal to his favourite ones not to top performing. You need stay in school even after students leave. Principal fireout for silly reasons. Salary issue due to principal.

The principal Mrs swati patel of podar international school with no work ethics. She just humiliates teachers in staff meeting. She is the best example of a person doing partiality. She makes the accountant create fake bills so that she can earn profits. Worst leader I came across in my entire tenure.

It was a good experience to work with Podar. I learnt many things.

Dislikes

When I joined, it was informed me about transfer when it needed but when I requested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

No new learnings..very monotonous work.Accountant cannot even apply fee discount as per the policy shared.need to take approvals for every small small things.thus it affects one's credibility of working free

A great school where you can learn new things, new ways of teaching. In Podar they follow proper working time, you will get proper vacation and holidays and vacation salary also. They conduct online and offline training of the teachers to enhance their knowledge.

Dislikes

In podar they are adding too much paper work which was not necessary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.

Dislikes

Present days academic staff and their attitude towards pupils. The least care about student's development but they do care about their comfort and excuse. Not taking parents complain or problem seriously. Teachers seems untrained uneducated and qualified.
