I am Working with PNJ Sharptech for 3.5 years and my designation is senior Team Leader, if i talk about my experience So my experience has been wonderful with the Company, Pnj gave me the opportunity to work as a team leader, and currently I am handling a huge team. The Atmosphere is too good. Especially if you want to learn something whether in SEO, SMO, HR, Content writing etc. So, I don't think any company can stand in front of pnj sharptech , because it's my personal experience I worked with lot of companies in my carrier but pnj is the best platform for every single person Growth. There is nothing to like. The worst working place i have ever seen.. There is no professional things. Its like a "lala ki dukhaan".

If you work in pnj you are not allowed to do anything. Just look at you pc screen and sit there whole day. You are allowed only in recess time.. even you can't stand for a second. There is too much politics. No good person can survive there... It is a worst place to work. There no learning or growth chances. not at all work satisfaction. Career growth and opportunities nothing.. if you are looking for your career growth company i suggest please avoid it... Company Culture: very very bad company culture. I suggest you please do not waste your time. If you go for a interview i must say "tabhi jao jb apke paas poora din ho yrr vrna to vha beth kr hi aaana h apko". After you leave this company you can't add as a experience in your CV or Resume. Because companies doesn't allow the employees to work they reject you... The overall my work experience is 0.
