The organisation is developing and is good place to work for those who want to obey to their managers without questioning.

It is still under the family management. They still take the decision irrespective of the efforts of individuals and support their family members who are working in the organisation. HR team is not capable of talking to the management against any problem faced my the individuals and in return they ask us to compromise on the situation or avoid it by telling it is not in our hand. It was hectic. The beleive in less members and more work. If someone resigns, they ask the other compatible person to take that job and any delay in either of the work is not accepted. Its a hard place to work for to those who are individual.

They want dogs who could say yes sir all the time. They want professionals so that they can speak out that these brand employees are working with them. Very insulting to work and then they will hire consultants for sole purpose and find faults and throw you out. Worse they never cares that someone is here who has left older job or someone has to support his family and children and parents. Totally uncultured and family show owner style of working. More than 2 crores of stealing has been done within the company and managers who are responsible for it are still working with the company. They are ready to keep regional managers who are responsible for carelessness with high amount stealing but when employees come to work, they will make sure new employees are thrown out. They want new employees and 100 consultants for experiment only and then they want to drive business as it is done 100 years ago.
