Plexusbit software values their employees , I joined the company before 2 months ago , My personal experience is that this company and the team appreciate for the completed tasks, they give challenges to keep employees motivated , team work is the one of the thing i liked about , They also pays well (to freshers and experienced ) .Promotions are done twice a year , They have excellent people management skills .
