The new management has changed things a lot but most of the changes are not employee friendly. That has greatly increased the dissatisfaction level leading to increased employee retrentchment.

Learning and decision making as you have to lead to take decision, bcoz technical data missing so take it on own risk.

Dislikes

Missing Dept -Project Management and strategic Planning. Vision and goals not clear. No drawings and no technical clarity so all works on base of assumption. Pathetic top management which always threat to employees leave job.. No job security. No control over cash flow and strategic sourcing. No room for negotiation due to Preferred supplier.
