I would like to tell that Please support your staff Don't make pressure for audits And yes really your support to staff is 0/10 Salaries should as per Work Understand staff situation Give them suitable pay Don't blackmail or hold the salary Give overtime to staffs And yes most important, staffs are not your worker they are your pioneers, don't treat them like sweeper They are there to sell the things not to clean your store You are fine enough to make arrangement of one more staff for cleaning purpose. Please don't be fool And don't underestimate the power of small people They can make you down in there shoes Remind this everyday. If you want to become success.
