None absolutely none, I had read previous reviews but after joining I have realised they are baseless. Infact they are opposite of what I have witnessed as an employee.

Only good point is that you will get to learn end-to-end recruitment , exposure to client handling and they offer permanent wfh.

Everything is unsystematic, no data maintenance . Their is no hierarchy in terms of management. Boss shouts like hell, he has no listening skills, he counters every explanation. Unnecessary extension of working hours. My experience was worst in terms of job security, I dropped my papers professionally but what I got in return was that he blocked my account, removed me from groups. Boss's behaviour is pathetic even to tenured employees. I would never suggest anyone to join this organisation....Read More
