The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

While my previous office provided a positive and supportive environment where I developed my skills and learned a lot, one downside was that promotions and appraisals were not given on time. Despite the growth and opportunities, the delay in recognition and career advancement was a notable drawback.
